Chadi Kouatly

Chadi brings over 20 years of C-suite operating experience across F&B and retail in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the broader GCC. He has served as CEO, Managing Director, and Country Manager for some of the region's most prominent organizations — delivering turnarounds, building businesses from inception, and managing multi-brand portfolios at scale. His leadership has driven sustained double-digit growth across every engagement.

Before founding Foretus, Chadi held roles at Abdullah Al Othaim Investments (CEO), Sacoor Brothers (Managing Director KSA), EATHOS (Country Manager KSA), and AZADEA Group (Country Manager), among others. In these roles he opened and operated outlets in seven Saudi cities, managed multi-brand portfolios of more than 30 outlets, and negotiated master-franchise and lease agreements with international brands and leading landlords. Beyond F&B and retail, he has led business acquisitions (a packaging manufacturer and a nursery group), the establishment of a specialised glass manufacturing facility with a Chinese technology partner, the setup of a co-working space, and the establishment of a waste management facility.
